We're reaching the End!

The final PDF proof of the rulebook is done, and my partner Kristen and I are going to give it one more pass with our eyes before I distribute it to YOU!

The Adventure Diary #0 is nearly completed as well, I just need to make one more map, and get it final proofed, and then it will ALSO BE ON IT'S WAY TO YOU!

Today I got the Adventurer's Pads in the mail, and my fucking GOD did they come out amazing! Every physical backer will get their own pad with 50 character sheets on it + the reference bookmark!

Jeff Baker absolutely fucking destroyed it with the design of these character sheets, and I'm in LOVE, and I hope you will be too!

If you didn't order the physical tier, but want a pad or bookmark, be sure to head over to the backerkit page, and pick one up--$6 and $2 respectively! (They'll go up in price by a tiny bit after we're done here...)

If any of you follow my substack youll have seen my most recent ”company update” —in which i also shared a photo of the bookmarks for Guild! They arrive last week and they look spectacular! 

Well last night I had even better new—the character sheets were finalized, and i placed the order for the pads immediately! Everyone who ordered a physical tier from the KS campaign will be getting a Character Sheet Pad that has 50 double sided sheets on it—AND LOOK AT THEM  

Jeff Baker from HappyJak Games did these as a rush commission for me in the middle of their own kickstarter campaign for WYRD DUNGEON! (campaign has ended but you can still get it on backerkit!)

All six adventures are in the proofing stage right now, and GUILD core rule book is DONE! 

If all goes according to plan, you should expect another update by the end of this week, with much tighter details on our fulfillment timelines, but its getting so close I am salivating!

Project Updates, Clarifications, Updated Fulfillment Projections

Hello all! Wanted to hit you all with a quick little update about what is going on, and how things are coming along, as well as some clarifications I've been asked for!

Firstly: The book is in proofing! We're doing some layout tweaks as I type this, and after that it goes to final edit. When that's done, as long as everything looks good, we're gonna release the PDF!

The Adventure Diary Issue #0 Is not finished yet, so will be delayed a tad behind the PDF for the core book, however, all physical fulfillment WILL be simultaneous, which means the physical core book may be a bit longer in fulfillment, as we want to ship everything together. So keep that in mind if you are waiting for both!

I was asked recently about late-pledge backers and the stretch goal rewards etc., and I wanted to clarify how that works. 

Only those who pledged during the active campaign will get the full physical reward tier+stretch goals. That means if you pre-ordered/latepledged on backerkit, you will only be getting exactly what you pay for. 

That might seem annoying, and I sincerely apologize if it is, but our numbers for finances and such were finalized based off the end of the active KS campaign itself.

That being said--I will include all of the content digitally for free for everyone who backed, preorded or late-pledged. So you will receive the pdf for the core book, the pdf for the Adventure book, and the pdf of the bookmark/refcard, even if you only purchased the core book on backerkit.

I hope that makes sense, and doesn't worry anyone! I'm always available for questions, so please feel free to email or message me!

The Final Stretch

It's been a silent few weeks on here, and for that I apologize! We've been working really hard on tightening up all aspect of this project, especially the rule set--and are also in the final stages of editing for ALL the adventures right now! 

I'm hoping we can get the final layout done by mid-February. I know that's a tad later than I had initially hoped and I apologize for that, but lots of things both good and bad took up a ton of the crew's time over here!

Regardless, keep your eyes peeled for email updates, and be sure to fill out your Backerkit surveys!

Backerkit Pledge Manager, and Late Pledges

By now you all should have received the survey information from Backerkit, if not click that link.

All shipping has already been collected in Kickstarter, so unless you go off the rails, and buy a ton of addons, you won't have to worry about that! Just use the survey to fill out your shipping information, so we can get things rolling!

If you'd like to purchase addons such as the character sheet pads, or more reference cards etc., they will be available on Backerkit. Also if you know someone who wanted to back the campaign but didn't get a chance, share that link with them and they can late pledge! The more the merrier!

Project Updates

ALL Game text, including the SEVEN adventures that are included with the core book are currently in editing right now! We hit a few snags on some things, as other projects from collaborators took their time, and the holidays are a rough time to do anything anyway. But I'm excited to let you all know that we're aiming for a Mid/End February Fulfillment (as long as everything goes as planned). I will of course keep you all appraised of any changes.

I'm happy to share a nearly final version of the cover art for the core game! Tony Jaguar has done an unbelievably fantastic job with this artwork, and If you're a games writer, you should hire him to do art for you!
